Did we say professional? We mean it! Our Grooming Shop is staffed with professionals fully trained and with years of local experience. Donna Wright is the head groomer and shop manager and has been grooming on the Palouse for 5 years. She completed a grooming course and over 600 hours of volunteer work before beginning her professional career, and continues to develop her professional skills regularly attending workshops and seminars, participating in professional organizations such as the Pacific Northwest Groomers Association, and now teaching grooming to others. All grooming shop staff complete a pet first aid and CPR course, and are trained in pet anatomy, behavior, and handling. The shop is equipped with state of the art tables, walk in tubs, bathing systems, all designed to ensure your pet has a wonderful experience at Palouse Pets Grooming Spa.
The Scrub-a-Pup self pet wash provides do it yourselfers access to professional equipment including stainless steel grooming tubs with a walk in ramp, Hydrosurge bathing system, and high velocity dryers. A brush out area is provided for your convenience. All equipment is thoroughly cleaned with veterinary grade sanitizer after each use.
